Do not say “I was hardworking.” Explain the specific contribution that made you valuable. What did you do better than others? What responsibility did management trust you with? What measurable result can you point to?
Explain honestly why you left your previous organization. If you are still employed, explain why you are considering leaving.
State your current occupation clearly. If unemployed, explain what you have been doing since your last position.
Do not memorize these questions and recite prepared answers. We want a real conversation, not a performance.
